Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Active LPC or LCSW licensure.
• Three years of outpatient or inpatient healthcare experience.
• Hybrid role; must live in the Virginia Beach area.

Responsibilities

• Provides education, training and research, and clinical support for teams and department personnel.
• Coaches and teaches staff to meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborates with leaders, physicians and staff to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
• Ensures license status remains current in the state of practice.
