Job summary

Lake Washington School District is seeking a Lead Custodian for Redmond Middle School to supervise sanitation, maintenance, safety, comfort and security of the building after hours.

Shift 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., 12-month calendar, 8 hours per day. Hourly rate $33.14; union membership available with IUOE Local No. 286. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, post-employment physical and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Post-employment physical required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation, maintenance, safety, comfort and security of the school building.
• Communicate with Head Custodian and administration to ensure building is well maintained after hours.
• Relay information from night custodians to Head Custodian.
