Job summary

Foundations Minnesota, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to join the Pride Program in uptown Minneapolis. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The position is full-time, hourly, with an evening schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and offers a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) match with stock

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LADC license issued by MN BBHT.
• 1–2 years of experience in chemical dependency field.
• 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training.
• Ability to pass MN DHS Background Study.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-going assessments and treatment planning.
• Lead progress reviews and continuing care planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling with recovery education.
• Open another morning track with the multidisciplinary team.
