Foundations Minnesota, part of Foundations Recovery Network, seeks a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor for the Pride Program in uptown Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, benefits-eligible role supports an LGBTQ+ specialty outpatient track with an evening schedule.

You will perform assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and individual/group counseling, delivering recovery education as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LADC license (MN BBHT)
• 1–2 years experience in chemical dependency field
• 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments and treatment planning.
• Perform progress reviews and continuing care planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions with recovery education.
