Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with CLIA lab experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Licenses from Amer Soc Clinical Pathology preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises department section functions and trains staff
• Ensures CLIA-approved procedures are followed and reported correctly
• Maintains records and ensures quality of equipment and materials
• Manages payroll, scheduling, budgetary restraints, and inventory control
• Acts as technical supervisor under CLIA
