Responsibilities

• Adheres to collection and processing requirements to prevent specimen loss.
• Performs and documents QC results as trained and competency documented.
• Operates instrumentation and performs non-testing maintenance as assigned.
• Provides internal and external customer assistance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
