Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong data entry skills, and the ability to transcribe pathology reports using LIS, with the capability to code diagnoses in lab systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must demonstrate accurate and rapid data entry with good spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
• Must be able to transcribe Pathology reports using LIS with high accuracy.
• Requires ability to code diagnoses into Lab and patient information systems; competency to learn dictating equipment.
