Job summary

NORTH RANCH COUNTRY CLUB is seeking a part-time dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in the main kitchen dish area and related preparation spaces.

You will wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and equipment, polish silverware, empty trash, and assist in food prep while following food safety regulations and the club's SOPs. Shifts are primarily afternoon/evening with Wed-Sun availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen dish area preferred.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and handle wares properly.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and equipment using machines or by hand following sanitation regulations.
• Polish silverware, platters, and chafing dishes to maintain appearance standards.
• Empty garbage, replace liners, and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Break down boxes and crates, remove debris from the kitchen.
• Inspect garbage for misplaced items and ensure cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in receiving and kitchen areas and store dishes properly.
• Assist in light food preparation, organize supplies, and clean coolers and storerooms.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure safe chemical usage.
• Follow up on safety procedures and report accidents or hazards.
