The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch in Boerne, TX, invites you to join our private club culinary team as a Dishwasher/Steward. You’ll keep dishes, cookware, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and ready for service, supporting both culinary and service teams.

We’re seeking dependable individuals who are eager to learn, value teamwork, and can maintain cleanliness and organization amid busy service periods. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; perform bending, reaching and lifting.

Responsabilités

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
• Operate the dish machine and follow procedures for manual washing and sanitizing.
• Keep dishes and equipment organized and available for service.
• Maintain a clean, orderly dish area throughout your shift.
• Clean and sanitize assigned kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors and work areas.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain disposal areas.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow food safety procedures.
• Communicate equipment problems, supply needs and safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Support daily service, tournaments, banquets and special club events.
• Complete opening, closing and scheduled cleaning assignments thoroughly.

This is a hands‑on role supporting our culinary and service teams. You’ll help keep dishes, cookware, equipment, and kitchen areas clean, sanitary, organized, and ready for service.
