San Antonio Country Club is hiring for Full time and Part Time steward and Dishwashers. Evening and night shifts with flexible scheduling and excellent pay for a dedicated employee. Training provided with opportunities to advance toward cook roles.

We are a private club offering PTO and full benefits; candidates must be reliable and able to lift 50 lbs and operate dish machines safely.

Qualifications

• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of understanding equipment operations for the dish machine.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Operate the dish machine at the correct temperature and settings.
• Store produce properly and maintain rotate.
• Keep floors and mats clean and free of debris.
• Empty trash cans with liners as needed.
• Fill and maintain all three wash sinks at proper temperature with soap.
• Clean pots and pans in a timely manner and return to proper places.
• Assist with banquets by storing plates in warmer.
• Prepare prep items (peeling potatoes, chopping onions, etc.).
• Sweep and mop all kitchen areas.
• Change water in dish machine and sinks as needed.
• T ake out trash and boxes to dumpsters.
• Clean back dock and work areas daily.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
