Role focuses on training staff, conducting performance reviews, and upholding our culture. Requirements: HS diploma, 2 years janitorial experience with 1 year supervisory, and a valid IL driver’s license. Pay rate is $18.50/hr; shift 4:30pm–12:00am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years janitorial experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or training role.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (IL and surrounding states) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work complies with contract and company policies, and maintain safety standards.
• Supervise janitorial duties: cleaning, restocking, and sanitation.
• Maintain quality through regular inspections and prompt issue resolution.
• Provide training and feedback to workers; oversee new staff training.
• Lead with a focus on company culture and effective teamwork.
