Challenge Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Full-time Supervisor for the day shift in East St. Louis, IL. You will supervise janitorial crews, ensure quality and safety, and support training and development of workers to achieve the highest level of independence.

Shift is 12:00pm - 8:00pm; pay rate is $18.91 per hour. The role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance with contract requirements, and promoting a positive company culture.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years janitorial experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or training role.
• Must pass criminal background checks and regulatory tests.
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Driver’s License required with state-specific eligibility.

• Ensure work is performed per contract and safety standards; enforce OSHA regulations.
