Job summary

ESFM USA in Crest Hill, IL is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that expectations are met while policy and procedure are maintained.

Required: supervisory experience; preferred: janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping background. Multiple shifts are available, and pay ranges from $18.00 to $18.50 per hour, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety metrics are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
