Job summary

Challenge Unlimited in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, is hiring a Supervisor to manage janitorial crews and support workers with disabilities, ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance on site.

You will train staff, conduct evaluations, coordinate timekeeping, and communicate with the Project Manager. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–1:30 am. Pay: $20.60 per hour. Must have a Class E driver’s license and High School diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or training role.
• Driver’s license (MO Class E).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site workers to meet contract scope and safety standards.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to workers on duties and procedures.
• Maintain timekeeping, scheduling, and monthly/quarterly assessments for the crew.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety training, and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and support contract requirements and quality.
