Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a hands-on Janitorial Area Supervisor to support employees and oversee cleaning quality across multiple facilities. You’ll train team members, inspect buildings, coordinate coverage, and step in to clean when needed.

You lead by example, stay organized, and communicate well with employees and customers. Availability for full-time evening shifts (5:00 PM–2:30 AM) and the ability to travel between facilities are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and work hours within labor goals.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies.
• Respond to customer concerns and follow through with the team.
• Reinforce safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
• Follow building security and keep track of keys.
• Complete training records and disciplinary documentation promptly.
• Communicate regularly with cleaning teams, Operations, and management.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Follow building security and alarm procedures and keep track of assigned keys.

• Keep any assigned company vehicle clean.

Requirements

• Availability for full-time evening shifts with varying start and end times.
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities during the shift.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation. A company vehicle may be available during the shift, depending on the assigned area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
