Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a dependable Janitor for the Fort Wayne area. This full-time day-shift role involves traveling between multiple commercial sites to keep offices, restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces clean and welcoming.

You will sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and restock supplies, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced cleaning team. The position offers consistent hours, Monday–Friday shifts, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Dependability and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms.
• Complete detailed office cleaning.
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and replenish supplies.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks as assigned and follow safety procedures.
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment.
• Report needed repairs and maintenance concerns.
• Communicate with management to complete scheduled work and meet cleaning standards.
• Travel between assigned job sites during each shift.

Full-Time Day Shift Janitor - Multiple Locations (Fort Wayne, IN)

Maintain the highest standards in integrity focusing directly on our customer's needs, be passionate about our business and maintain an immediate sense of urgency to our customers.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00AM- 1:30PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, plus rotating weekends
Job Type: Full-time

• Ability to meet company auto insurance eligibility requirements.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 5:00AM-1:30PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, and rotating weekends.

• Ability to travel between multiple sites during each shift.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
