Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Area Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You08210;ll lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities, train staff, inspect quality, coordinate coverage, and ensure consistent, professional service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to organize priorities across sites. Evening hours are 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with some flexibility and the potential for a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Full-time evening availability.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings.
• Valid drivers license and driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Evening shifts within the 5:00 PM-2:30 AM window. Start and end times vary based on assigned area and workload. Weekend availability is a plus.

Requirements
