Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Area Supervisor for Fort Wayne on second shift. The role leads cleaning teams across multiple facilities, trains staff, inspects quality, and ensures timely coverage to meet customer expectations.

Expect strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate schedules and supplies. Evening shifts run 5:00 PM–2:30 AM with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Availability to work full‑time evening shifts with flexible start and end times based on workload.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings during the scheduled shift.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation. A company vehicle may be available for use during the shift, depending on the assigned area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and maintain the cleaning expectations for each assigned facility.
• Perform regular inspections to confirm work meets company and customer standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Arrange coverage or personally perform cleaning duties when employees are absent.
• Manage staffing and work hours to meet each building’s assigned labor goals.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond to customer feedback and communicate necessary follow-up to the team.
• Follow and reinforce safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain building security by following alarm procedures and tracking assigned keys.
• Complete training records, evaluations, employee requests, and disciplinary documentation promptly.
• Communicate regularly with cleaning teams, Operations, and other management.
• Keep any assigned company vehicle clean.
