Dollar Tree, Inc. in Marianna, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain data integrity in the Inventory Control Center. The role requires accurate handling of pick locations, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with management and team members.

The position involves using Word/Excel/Outlook, basic Windows skills, and preferred experience with WMS in a warehouse/distribution setting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• High school preferred.
• Four to six months clerical or similar work experience in a Retail Distribution or Warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Working knowledge of WMS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assigns pick locations, accurately, for maximum optimization as necessary.
• Performs functions of the DC allocation process efficiently.
• Reconciles Receiving documents to accounting reports accurately.
• Verifies inventory locations, accurately, and resolves issues for the following areas: Bust-out, stock decks, pick slots, cycle counts, problem pallets, transfers, etc.
• Performs data entries and updates reports accurately.
• Verifies and releases breakdowns accurately.
• Counts locations as assigned or requested accurately.
• Audits operations departments as assigned by management.
• Processes all merchandise returns to vendor.
• Re-ticket/re-package merchandise as instructed and initiate appropriate vendor chargebacks.
• Completes the daily P.I.T. checklist to ensure equipment is working properly and reports any defects to management and/or maintenance.
• Operates P.I.T. equipment in a safe manner.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
• Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Inventory Control department.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
