Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an ICC Department Manager for a 2nd shift at our San Bernardino DC. You will oversee quality control, inventory accuracy, and WMS support in a fast-paced 24/7 operation.

Lead a team, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership to meet inventory goals. Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in distribution or logistics with inventory focus, and strong leadership and Excel skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in material handling, logistics, or DC operations focused on inventory control.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and inventory accuracy across all DC areas.
• Manage WMS-related troubleshooting and user support.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
