Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an ICC Department Manager to lead the quality control and inventory accuracy across a high-volume distribution center. You will ensure cycle counts align with finance and operations, audit processes, and uphold safety and policy standards.

You will manage WMS operations, train associates, and drive continuous improvement with DC leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams. A 3+ year background in DC/inventory roles and strong Excel skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in material handling, logistics or DC operations focusing on inventory control.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Proficient in WMS and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and inventory accuracy across all DC areas and shifts.
• Serve as WMS subject matter expert and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management with DC leadership and HR.
