Dollar Tree, Inc. is hiring a QC Clerk for the 2nd shift (4PM - 2:30AM) in California. The role focuses on auditing distribution processes, counting, and ensuring accurate reports.

You will drive process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and support flow rack replenishments as needed. The position requires good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Audit processes within distribution (cycle counting, dock checks, primary counting).
• Audit receiving, replenishment, order selection, and shipping procedures.
• Accurately complete formal reports on findings and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Reduce offline time by performing pickface change-out moves and assist with flow rack replenishments.
• Perform all related duties and adapt to other GWA tasks as needed.

QC Clerk 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday (4PM - 2:30AM) Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Primary Functions

• Audit processes within distribution (cycle counting, dock checks, primary counting, etc.)
• Audit procedures within the distribution (receiving, replenishment, order selection, shipping, etc.)
• Accurately complete formal reports on findings
• Make recommendations for process improvement
• Reduce offline- by making pickface change out moves
• Assist with flow rack replenishments
• Must be able to perform all functions of the job
• No issues with heights
• Flexible and willing to do other related GWA tasks as needed

Pay Range: $22.50-$26.00/hour

Requirements

• Manhattan knowledge (preferred)
• Must be willing to drive stock picker
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Good mathematical abilities
• Must be tolerant to tedious tasks
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently
