Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN about patient observations.
• Monitor high‑risk patients as assigned by the Resource Nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene; help with meals.
• Assist in moving and transporting patients using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs, weights, and I&O; ensure accuracy.
• Perform EKGs, Point of Care tests, and bladder scans as directed.
• Support treatments by preparing equipment and assisting staff.
• Maintain patient safety and replenish unit supplies as needed.
