Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes in patients.
• Maintain constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned by the Resource Nurse.
• Assist in maintaining a safe patient environment and de-escalate when needed.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, ambulation, meals, and nourishment.
• Assist in moving, lifting, positioning, and transporting patients with proper safety techniques.
• Conduct patient safety checks and follow fall-prevention protocols.
