Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes in patients.
• Performs ongoing observations of high‑risk patients as assigned.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assists in moving, lifting, positioning, and transporting patients safely.
• Takes and records vital signs and basic measurements; may perform EKGs and POC tests where applicable.
