Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is recruiting for a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in the Greater Madison, WI area. The role focuses on maintaining high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems in a food processing environment.

You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and basic welding/fabrication, with a strong emphasis on GMP compliance and safety. A guaranteed overtime opportunity complements the base pay, reflecting a stable, long-term position.

Formación

• Verifiable experience in fast-paced production maintenance with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic structural welding and fabrication for machinery repair.
• Comfortable working in a food-safe facility with GMP and sanitation standards.
• Stable employment history showing reliability and strong attendance.
• Must reside within daily 45-minute drive of Greater Madison, WI and have US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high-speed processing lines and perform rapid fault-tracing and repairs.
• Service conveyors, drive assemblies, belts, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and overhaul fluid power systems including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Execute structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding and fabrication skills.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and sanitation policies across all duties.
