Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare in Gloucester County, NJ, is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Technician to provide emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and must complete specific certifications within their first six months of employment. A $300 sign-on bonus offers additional incentive.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must be working towards Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Conduct functional assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Engage clients in interest-based activities to support growth and awareness.
