Job summary

Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon seeks a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure clean, safe, and guest-ready spaces across rooms, public areas, and laundry. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations and cover executive duties when needed, leading a team to deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities include managing guest requests, VIP coordination, inspections, supply and inventory management, and coordinating maintenance with Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Request Log daily and address issues proactively.
• VIP management and special guest coordination.
• Oversee housekeeping team; daily stand-up and objective review.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain storage rooms, supply levels, and linen inventories.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Engineering as needed.
• Balance room status and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain Lost and Found procedures and policies.
• Ensure chemical safety and proper use of cleaning agents.
• Operate key control system for department.
