Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome and assist with check-in and check-out
• Handle registrations, verify reservations, and process payments accurately
• Answer guest inquiries, provide local information, and handle requests promptly
• Assist guests with routing, mail, and packages; support guest services operations
