Job summary

Up to Par Management | Taylor Hospitality seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and provide local area information.

You should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate clearly with guests and team members. Prior hotel experience is a plus, with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems such as RoomKey is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Able to communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and greet guests in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms; manage guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance cash drawers and process payments; verify guest charges.
• Provide information on hotel services and local area.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and follow service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage and parking information.
• Foster a positive, guest-focused atmosphere at the front desk.
