Up to Par Management | Taylor Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the 3:00pm – 11:00pm shift. The role requires a welcoming, hospitable approach, with duties spanning guest check-in/out, room assignment, and POS processing.

• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls for the Inn.
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems (PMS).
• Process payments and verify charges.
• Assist guests with luggage and parking options.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Provide information about local area and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
