Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Manage guest seating and waiting lists when needed.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and services.
• Escort guests to their tables or seating areas.
• Coordinate table rotation to ensure even distribution among servers.
• Interact with seated guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Address guest feedback or complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and current specials.
• Collaborate with bussers, cooks, and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed to support operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Keep host station, lobby, and entrance clean and organized.
