• Must have service oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, inform guests of servers' name, distribute menus and wine lists.
• Pull out guest chairs when appropriate and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Know and follow Rams Head guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide bussing support and maintain the service bar area.
• Communicate day-to-day information with Rams Head Manager and staff.
• Contribute to a high standard of guest service and professional image.
