Job summary

RLK-And-Company in Government Camp, Oregon, seeks an attentive hospitality team member to greet and seat guests, take beverage and food orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will clear tables, restock, and deliver loaded trays while upholding professional standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be service-oriented.
• Must be detail-oriented with ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
• Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests.
• Must have detailed knowledge of all menu offerings.
• Must be proficient in up-selling products and services.
• Know and follow all proper service and reservation procedures.
• Must have valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests as needed.
• Clear and reset tables, refill water/coffee and tea.
• Pre-bus tables, side work.
• Deliver loaded food trays and serve tables.
• Successful completion of order process.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures following company and Mt Hood Brewing Company policies.
• Proper delivery of soiled dishes and linens to kitchen.
• Re-stock for next shift.
• Present a professional, quality image at all times.
• Participate in RLK and Company’s Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
