Sunriver Resort is seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and seat parties with care. You will coordinate wait lists, manage seating rotations, and assist servers during peak times, ensuring a smooth dining flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage inquiries with professionalism.
• Excellent telephone and organizational skills to handle reservations and seating.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every guest as they enter the lodge restaurants and acknowledge departures.
• Escort guests to tables, hand out menus, and ensure proper seating rotation.
• Record wait-list information and paging when a wait occurs; coordinate with the team.
• Assist servers with refilling beverages and clearing tables as directed by the manager-on-duty.
• Train and welcome new hosts/hostesses and lead flow of reservations.
• Communicate guest information and feedback with the manager-on-duty.
