Job summary

Blackberry Farm in the Great Smoky Mountains is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure 5-star room standards, and coordinate front-desk arrivals and changes. The role requires supervising a team, maintaining schedules, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with starting pay based on experience and skills. PM shift availability is required; travel perks and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or equivalent preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day reports for the team and clarify reports as needed.
• Lead lineups covering guest rooms, arrivals, departures, turnovers, make-ups, and check-ins.
• Coordinate in-room guest requests and review groups in house.
• Inspect and oversee room make-ups, turnovers, and turndowns.
• Load stocker cart with daily supplies and assist with inventory.
