Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead the team on daily PM shifts, ensuring 5-star standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will run day-to-day reports, coordinate turnovers, inspect rooms, assist with inventories, and collaborate with front desk on arrivals and changes.

Hospitality experience and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel are required. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb, and working outdoors in various

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers and team members.
• Must be able to understand scheduling, inventory and stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day reports for the team and clarify reports as needed.
• Coordinate in-room guest requests and turnovers.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee completion of room make-ups and turndowns; perform final inspections.
• Load daily supplies and assist with inventory checks.
• Support front desk on arrivals and changes and coordinate with holidays/weekends.
