Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean patient rooms and common areas across the campus. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, dispose of trash, disinfect surfaces, and mop floors in inpatient units with safety as priority.

Shifts are 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, prefer High School/GED, and will help with throughput during surges and training of team members.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in cleaning or healthcare facilities.
• Preferred: High School / GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient care units to keep assigned areas clean.
• Refresh and inspect patient rooms during 3pm–11:30pm.
• Train and enforce cleaning processes.
• Assist team with throughput during surges.
• Refresh cleaning, leads and inspect rooms for housekeeping issues.
