Job summary

The Spaulding Hospital Cambridge, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a per diem Environmental Services worker to help maintain a clean, safe hospital environment. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, waste disposal, and operating floor care equipment.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of related experience, and adherence to infection control guidelines. Evening shift, onsite, with hourly pay range noted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Experience Related experience 0-1 year preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in alignment with infection control guidelines.
• Completes waste stream removal.
• Moves and cleans assigned areas to maintain hospital cleanliness.
• Operates floor machines and buffers as needed.
• Participates in departmental meetings and maintains safe, sanitary environments.
