Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, and windows; replenish restroom supplies.
• Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles.
• Sanitize restrooms and fixtures; report maintenance needs.
• Set up tables/chairs and equipment for events and activities.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned areas.
