Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an Environmental Services team member for per diem evening shifts (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM) at our Boston-area facility. You will maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment, including floors, restrooms, and common areas, rotating weekends/holidays as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of hospital cleaning experience. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential to ensure regulatory compliance and patient

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, strips, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Dusts and cleans furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows, blinds, door glass, and other surfaces.
• Empties, cleans, and sanitizes trash and waste receptacles.
• Cleans and disinfects restrooms and supplies replenishment.
• Operates floor care equipment and buffers.
• Sets up tables, chairs, and equipment for events.
• Identifies and reports maintenance or safety issues.
