The Christ Hospital Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes within the Cincinnati area. The role includes evenings three times a week, with on-call once a month and a holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include conducting OASIS assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team while ensuring documentation quality and regulatory compliance.

• At least 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Remain calm, patient, and accommodating.

• Knowledgeable in nursing best practices.

• Ability to prioritize and be timely.
• Follow directions and work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.

• Provide skilled nursing care at patients' homes as ordered.
