Job summary

Central Transport is seeking a Technical Support and Services Technician to be the primary contact for IT issues reported to the help desk. This role requires strong customer service and timely answers to technical questions, with on-site work in Sterling Heights, MI.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 5pm–1am, with starting pay of $20 per hour plus additional pay for 6pm–12am and 12am–6am. Responsibilities include handling internal support calls, remote troubleshooting, and providing remote
