Job summary
The Supervisor, Environmental Services at Houghton Hospital leads daily housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe healthcare facility and ensures infection control compliance. You will supervise staff, monitor cleaning procedures, and drive quality and efficiency to meet patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience in environmental services or healthcare settings.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily environmental services operations and staff.
- Ensure cleaning procedures meet safety and infection control standards.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and document results.
- Monitor supplies and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain facility cleanliness.
- Maintain records and reporting for compliance.
