Qualifications

• Analytical ability to resolve day-to-day supervision problems.
• Ability to assign and follow up on tasks and enforce unit policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and organizes activities of assigned colleagues.
• Observe cleaning crews and ensure safety rules followed.
• Provide input into departmental policies and budgets.
• Orient, train, evaluate staff and administer discipline if needed.
• Prepare work schedules and manage coverage.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
