Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Part Time Manager on Duty to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for members and guests. You will rotate weekend coverage with other managers and help drive member service, staff training, and tours.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk and trainers, scheduling staff, handling member sign-ups, answering questions, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies within budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hard working, energetic and customer-focused.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations with GM/AGMs and clubs' staff.
• Assist in training and developing front desk and trainers.
• Handle sales calls to prospective members and assist in sign-ups and tours.
• Schedule and supervise staff; escalate employee issues as needed.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-ins, phone calls, member questions, tours.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and assist in reporting weekly, monthly, and yearly.
