Club4 Fitness in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Closer for late evening shifts (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) to welcome members and ensure smooth opening and closing of the facility.

You will handle member check-ins, assist with account questions, manage inventory, and keep the club clean and secure at closing. A HS diploma and strong communication skills are required; 1+ year in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Punctual and reliable with a flexible evening schedule (3–11 pm).
• Able to handle cash deposits and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Close the facility’s staffed hours on weekdays by 11:00 pm.
• Greet members and ensure proper check-in.
• Keep common areas clean and equipment maintained at closing.
• Process cash deposits and report discrepancies.

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our members, it is crucial that the Front Desk Closer is consistently punctual and dependable in opening the facility on time and ensuring that everything is running smoothly to close staffed hours in the CLUB. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can be counted on to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of service for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Closes the fitness center's staffed hourspromptly at 11:00 pm Monday through Friday
• Ensures all cash deposits are closedand secured.
• Cleans the CLUB common areas, locker rooms, and equipment to the extent possible to keep the facility clean at closing
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures members and guests check in appropriately.
• Assists members with account issues and answer general questions.
• Counts inventory and reports any discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Must be able to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Must be able to work in noisy environment.

QualificationsQualifications:
