Courtyard Winston - Salem is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, handle reservations, and address inquiries with professionalism. This part-time role runs 3pm–11pm, including weekends, and emphasizes a warm, attentive guest experience.

You report to the Front Office team and support a seamless stay for guests. Hotel experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within our hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is typical for this role.

Responsabilités

• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
