Qualifications

• Front desk experience or guest service background preferred.
• Ability to promote hotel services and amenities.
• Strong multitasking and courteous communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and maintain privacy.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Be the Manager on Duty during late shifts and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure cash, checks, and end-of-shift balances are correct.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and proper safety procedures.
