Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions as scheduled in the evening IOP program.

• Maintain accurate documentation for each group session, including progress notes and attendance.
• Complete all required reports in accordance with standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, therapeutic group environment.
